Pre-requisite
- IDCS/ EFRI/ 2years instructor
- Participate in 3 seminars
- 150 certifications
- 25 specialty certification
- 10 EFR certification
- Used complete PADI system
- Having no QA violation for the past 6months
Additional requirement
Be an active personal toward conservation, issue PADI certification as the primary certification.
